Effective November 1, 2026, the City of Seal Beach will no longer absorb the cost of credit card processing fees. Customers who pay by credit card will incur a 3% processing fee at the time of payment.
To avoid this fee, customers may pay by check, cash, or e-check, which will continue to be accepted at no additional cost.
